The POLYC Industrial Resin Reactor (chemical synthesis reaction kettle) is a heavy-duty process vessel engineered for complex chemical reactions, polymerization, condensation, and high-temperature synthesis across paints, coatings, synthetic glues, printing inks, and specialty chemical industries. Composed of a precision-machined reactor body, tank cover, heating/cooling jacket, high-torque agitator system, transmission reducer, and pressurized shaft seal, each unit is built to deliver strict thermal control and homogeneous bulk mixing.
Engineered to integrate seamlessly with upstream raw material dosing and downstream concentric double shaft mixing kettles (PCM series), high-speed dispersers, and horizontal bead mills, POLYC customizes complete reactor systems — including vertical column condensers, liquid-liquid separators, dilution blending tanks, and vacuum receivers for turnkey resin plants.
Configurable with three thermal transfer architectures: External Half-Pipe (Limpet) Coil for high-pressure thermal oil and steam, Internal Cooling Coils for rapid exothermic heat absorption, or standard Full Outer Jacketed Heating with optional electric resistance or zero-distance induction heating.
All product contact surfaces and top covers are fabricated from sanitary SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel with high-precision mirror polishing (Ra < 0.4 μm) to prevent resin residue buildup. Outer jackets are available in SUS304 or cost-effective heavy carbon steel.
Equipped with custom impeller geometries (anchor frame with PTFE scrapers, multi-stage pitched paddle, or high-shear turbine). Driven by heavy-duty gear reducers and sealed with pressurized double-end cartridge mechanical seals to operate under full vacuum (≤ -0.098 MPa) and high pressure.
