High Viscosity Mixer

The Concentric Double Shaft Mixer has two shafts one central high speed disperser and one anchor type low speed mixer scrapper to clean tank wall two shafting working together powerful high efficiency suitable to high soild content material like putty, slurry, paste, addhesives
It is suitable for mixing and dispersing materials middle & high viscosity and sticky or thixotropic properties on the tank wall like wall putty, car putty, glue,slurry, paste. During operation, the symmetrical scraper arm rotates along the inner surface of the barrel at low speed, while the main shaft rotates at high speed.
Our planetary mixers are particularly suitable for dissolving, mixing, kneading andreaction processes from powder to high-viscosity and high-density materials.Applicable viscosity is about 10000CP~1000000CP.
