The PS series Triple Shafts Mixer is a high-efficiency multi-function industrial mixing equipment integrating low-speed wall scraping, high-speed dispersion, and high-shear emulsification into a single vessel. Engineered by POLYC for medium-to-high viscosity and thixotropic materials, the PS mixer handles challenging chemical formulations such as silicone sealants, glass glues, lithium battery pastes, structural adhesives, and textured coatings. By combining three independently driven agitator shafts, it achieves complete batch turnover and rapid particle homogenization without dead zones.

Working Principles
- 3D Convective Material Flow: The low-speed anchor agitator equipped with PTFE wall scrapers rotates along the vessel perimeter, continuously wiping high-viscosity formulation off the internal walls and folding it back into the central mixing zone.
- High Shear & Rapid Dispersion: Simultaneously, the high-speed dispersing disc generates intense hydraulic shear forces to rapidly break down powder agglomerates and solids.
- Intensive Homogenization & Emulsification: The third shaft — configured with a high-shear rotor-stator emulsifying head, a secondary dispersing disc, or a helical ribbon — executes micro-level particle reduction and stable phase homogenization.
