What is putty
Putty is a high plasticity material used for small-scale construction or repair work as a sealant or filler product. Its composition varies according to the work for which it has been designed and its intended use. They are viscous materials that change their state to solid once they have been applied. It can be classified into wall putty, wooden putty and car putty based on different uses.
What kind of machines need to make Putty production:
Putties are belonged to medium-high viscosity materials that do not require a pre-dispersion or grinding system. A mixing system is usually sufficient for their manufacturing. In the mixing process the double shaft mixer usually vacuum function is required to defoaming after mixing and improve the quality of the product as well as cooling jackets to cool it. Horizontal Ribbon Mixer can be also used to produce wall putty.
