⚡ Dual-Shaft Compounding Kinematics
Combines a high-shear rotor-stator emulsifying head (up to 3,000 rpm) with a low-speed perimeter anchor mixer (35–55 rpm) fitted with PTFE scrapers to eliminate thermal dead zones.
🌡️ Broad Operational Temperature
Standard rating spans from -20°C to 140°C. Fully customizable heating/cooling dimple jackets or external limpet coils are available for extreme thermal processes.
🔄 Multifunctional Processing
Performs high-shear dispersion, liquid-liquid emulsification, high-efficiency homogenization, and rapid solid-liquid dissolution within a single batch vessel.
🛡️ Premium Contact Metallurgy
Wetted contact parts are engineered in SUS304 or mirror-polished SUS316L (Ra < 0.4 µm). Titanium, Hastelloy, and specialized anti-corrosion alloys available upon request.
🔒 Balanced Double Mechanical Seal
Features pressurized cartridge double-end mechanical seals with circulating barrier fluid to ensure hermetic containment under full vacuum or elevated system pressures.
⚙️ Interchangeable Stator-Rotor Tools
Select between slotted disintegrating heads, fine emulsion mesh screens, and multi-stage radial stator-rotors customized to your emulsion droplet size targets.
