Main equipment for a completed paint production line
A completed paint production line mainly including the following system: raw material dosing materials feeding & measuring system → dispersing and milling system multi-functional → mixing and tinting system → automatic control system → Semi/ automatic filling system etc.
1. Material feeding & measuring system
POLYC can equip with Multi-function powder loading system for automatic loading big ton bag powder and small bag 25kg powder have the advantage of high working efficiency and environmental protection for factory and worker’s health. For measuring system: Equip loading cells and flowmeter with pneumatic valves and PLC system realize accurate measurement & control
2. Pre-mixing system making slurry process
In this step high speed disperser will be used:
For pre-dispersing paint and making slurry for the emulsion paint. Various kinds and specification are optional including Disperser with scraper, Vacuum type Disperser, Dual-shaft Disperser with Butterfly agitator, Platform type Disperser etc. to meet various dispersing, mixing requirements.
3. Grinding Process
Basket Mill:
A kind of wet milling equipment, it integrates dispersing and grinding two processes into one machine. It reduces production process and also without pump nor valve, so it improves production efficiency and reduces material waste. Besides, it is easy to clean, which makes it is very suitable for production requirements of many different kinds of products in small volume.
Horizontal Beads Mill:
A wet milling machine used for grinding materials with higher final fineness requirements. It is with excellent grinding result and high efficiency. It is the most widely used milling machines in the market including Disc type Horizontal Beads Mill and All-round Horizontal Beads Mill.
4. Finished Product Tinting Tank with low speed agitator:
The next step in the paint production line is the filtration of the mixture. A bag filter is a machine that is used to remove any impurities from the mixture. The mixture is passed through a series of bags, and the impurities are trapped in the bags. The filter has a bag type and vibrating type, chosen and use according to the product.
Packaging specifications ranges from 0.5 Kg to 200 Kg, suitable for filling plastic and metal pails, including semi-automatic and fully automatic type. It also can be customized.
Ranging from 500T/year to 50000T/year, it can be customized based on the paint category and production requirements. The whole line can be the combination of all single machines or automatic product line with advanced production technology including materials feeding system, measuring system, dispersing and milling system, multi-functional mixing and tinting system, cleaning system, automatic control system, automatic filling system etc.. The whole system can be Exproof or Non Exproof configuration based on materials property.
