Designed for heavy-duty processing across coatings, paints, printing inks, synthetic resins, cosmetic emulsions, agrochemical SC formulations, and papermaking chemicals, each vessel is custom-engineered to match specific rheological and thermal reaction requirements.
- Custom Vessel Pressure & Vacuum Ratings: Configurable as atmospheric blending tanks, deep vacuum de-aeration kettles (up to -0.095 MPa), or certified pressure-resistant chemical reactors.
- Advanced Thermal Jacket Options: Available with single-layer walls, dimple jackets, or external half-pipe limpet coils for precise steam heating, hot water circulation, or thermal oil cooling (temperature control range up to 250°C).
- Versatile Agitator Configurations: Choose from low-speed anchor impellers with PTFE wall scrapers, multi-tier pitched paddles, marine propellers, or helical ribbons to ensure homogeneous circulation without stagnant boundary layers.
- Sanitary SS304 / SS316L Metallurgy: Precision CNC fabricated with mirror-polished interior surfaces (Ra ≤ 0.4 μm) or protective fluoropolymer linings to eliminate batch contamination and resist severe chemical corrosion.
- Explosion-Proof & Automated Control: Available with ATEX/IECEx compliant explosion-proof motors, integrated load cell weighing modules, and PLC automated recipe management consoles.
