The mixer kettles/reactors are used for liquid-liquid or powder with liquid mixing and stirring. Customers can specify the heating and cooling methods, such as designing an electric heating rod at the bottom for electric heating, steam heating, and heating the inner and outer coils with conductive oil. The cooling way can be to connect cooling water and cooling materials.
● Polishing degree customized: The reactor is polished internally and externally according to the customer's required polishing degree, making it easy to clean when the customer finishes production or changes materials, and the materials are not easily residual.
● Support leg customized: The reactor can be fixed on a customized platform or installed with legs on the ground.
● Easy to clean and maintain: Our reaction vessels generally have hand holes and manholes, which can be installed or cleaned through inspection holes.
● Material customized: SS304 or SS316L stainless steel is used for acidic or corrosive purposes, and the inner wall can be coated with anti-corrosion materials.
