Factory and work environment
After the customer confirms the order, the factory will produce according to the equipment production drawings provided by the engineer which approval by customers.
Firstly, workers use CNC Plate Cutting Machine to cut the required machine plates, and some materials need to be processed using CNC Tool Fabric Machine.
For special structural components, lathes are required for fine processing. Containers such as tanks need to be produced using rolling machines.
After the production of the component structure is completed, polishing and grinding are carried out to achieve the polishing level required by the customer.
Then the internal components of the machine pass quality inspection and testing, the machine is assembled for functional testing, packaged and loaded, and finally transported.
