Static Separation System&Centrifugal Reflector for Static Disc Bead Mill:
A large area static slotted cylindrical sieve installed on the axis or end cover of the cylinder is used, combined with a centrifugal separation disc at the end of the rotor, to make the grinding medium (grinding zirconia beads) deviate from the sieve. Even in extremely small media (such as 0.1-0.3mm or 0.5-2.0mm zirconia beads) and high flow circulation, the static discharge effect without "mesh blockage" and "leakage beads" (Zero Logging&Zero Lekage) is still guaranteed.
