Equipment recommends for adhesive/ glue
Adhesive/glue encompass a wide range of products with very different properties and viscosities, from very low to very high viscosity.
Usually the working process do not require dispersion or grinding processes in their manufacturing, as pre-dispersion or mixing processes are sufficient.
Manufacturing adhesive/ glue with solvent bases requires having a mixer equipped with a telescopic or vacuum lid and a steam condenser. For products with complex viscosities, optional equipment such as Concentric double-shaft mixer with scrapper are recommended.
Silicone sealant are medium-high viscosity materials that do not require grinding process. A pre-dispersion or mixing process is usually sufficient for their manufacturing. In the mixing process of this type of products, vacuum conditions are usually required to improve the quality of the product, as well as cooling jackets to cool it. The three shaft mixer or planetary mixer is the best option for mixing system. As Sealants and silicone viscosity of material usually above 200,000 cps to 1000,000 so must equip with an Extruder( Pressing Machine) to discharger the finished material out to the special high viscosity filling machine such as ausage type filling machines or Cartridges filling machine

Traditional production process for Polyurethane Adhesive and Sealant Production Line including two working steps:
First working step:
Base material production: Using mixing kettle (for polyether, calcium carbonate, carbon black and other materials mixing, heating, vacuuming, mixing into finished base material)
The finished base material is transported to the storage tank by a high viscosity pump (as a finished base material).
Second working step
Synthetic production process: Use Three shaft multi-function mixer/Planetary Mixer (re-mixing, heating, vacuuming and mixing the finished base material and the compound additives into finished material)）
Pressing machine transfer finished product to filling & packaging generally use Semi Automatic Cartridges Filling Machine or Semi Automatic sausage type filling machines according customer’s packaging type
