Spanning operating viscosities from 50,000 cps up to 1,500,000+ cps, this complete plant solution eliminates material stagnation, thermal degradation, and trapped air bubbles across raw material storage, high-shear compounding, and airtight packaging.
Each production line integrates modular process units: automated pneumatic powder and liquid loss-in-weight dosing, vacuum double planetary mixers (PMX series) or concentric dual-shaft mixing reactors (PCM series), high-pressure hydraulic discharge presses (PHD series), and automatic cartridge, sausage, or bucket filling machines.
