Product Features & Technical Highlights
- High-Speed Dispersion + Vacuum Defoaming: Integrates a high-shear serrated dispersing disc with an enclosed vacuum chamber. Simultaneously performs high-speed particle wetting, de-agglomeration, and continuous vacuum degassing down to ≤ -0.08 MPa (up to -0.098 MPa).
- Air-Free Slurry Quality: Completely eliminates air bubbles, micro-voids, and oxidation during high-shear agitation, making it essential for bubble-sensitive coatings, electronic pastes, adhesives, and dental compounds.
- Hydraulic Lift System: Equipped with a heavy-duty hydraulic lifting cylinder for smooth, stable elevation of the dispersing head or vacuum cover, simplifying vessel exchange and washdown.
- VFD Stepless Speed Control: Frequency inverter drive allows precise, stepless speed adjustment (0 – 1,450 rpm) to match varying formulation viscosities during initial powder wetting and final high-shear passes.
- Engineered Dispersing Discs: Precision-balanced disc diameters ranging from 200 mm to 400 mm establish complete doughnut-shaped vortex turnover throughout the batch volume.
- Flexible Capacity Range: Standard models engineered for batch processing volumes from 100 L to 1,200 L across medium-to-high viscosity slurries.
