The PFM series Semi-Automatic Gravimetric Liquid Filling Machine is a high-precision packaging solution designed for accurate quantitative dosing of low to high-viscosity liquids, pastes, and chemical slurries. Utilizing high-sensitivity electronic load cell weight sensors, the system controls pneumatic charging valves via real-time signal feedback, achieving high filling speeds (160 – 240 containers/hour) with an exceptional accuracy rating of ±0.2% (±10g per container), completely unaffected by fluctuations in material density or viscosity.
- Two-Stage Coarse & Fine Filling Valves: Automatically switches from high-flow rapid coarse feeding to precision slow trickle dosing as the target weight approaches, optimizing cycle speed while preventing overfill.
- Anti-Drip & Bubble-Free Submersible Nozzle: Specialized pneumatic cutoff nozzle features a vacuum suck-back / anti-leak mechanism and submersible bottom-up filling capability to eliminate splashing and air entrapment in foaming liquids.
- Integrated Pneumatic Lid Nipping & Capping: Outfitted with an auxiliary pneumatic lid pressing/capping device, enabling a single operator to complete weighing, dosing, and secure container sealing in one seamless station.
- Inline Pre-Filter Integration: Direct front-end pump connection or pressure tank feed allows seamless inline bag/cartridge filter integration to protect final product purity prior to canning.
- Explosion-Proof & Chemical Resistance: Available in full SS304/SS316L stainless steel contact metallurgy with optional ATEX / Ex-proof pneumatic controls for packaging flammable solvent-based paints, inks, and adhesives.
