Core Technology & Working Principle
A PFM filling machine works on the principle of gravimetric dosing. Product is drawn from the hopper by a piston and delivered through a filling nozzle into the container sitting on a load-cell platform. The controller compares the live weight against the target and switches from fast to slow feed near the set point, so each container stops at the same dose without overflow.
▲ Gravimetric Load-Cell Dosing
A platform load cell measures the actual product weight in the container, not just the piston stroke, so viscosity and temperature changes do not drift the dose.
▲ Dual-Speed Pneumatic Valve
Fast feed fills most of the container, then a slow dribble feed tops up to the target — cutting foam and eliminating tail-drip on the nozzle.
▲ Anti-Drip Submersible Nozzle
The nozzle descends into the container and withdraws as filling completes, keeping the product off the container rim and the station clean.
