Rapid 5-Minute Color Change

Dual Cooling & Temperature Tracking
Automotive resins are notoriously heat-sensitive. Both the grinding basket and the mobile stainless steel tank feature internal cooling water jackets. An integrated PT100 sensor provides real-time temperature tracking to prevent thermal degradation during fine milling.
Pre-Dispersion & Milling in One
A high-speed dispersing disc located at the bottom of the grinding basket generates a powerful vortex, creating macroscopic tank circulation while the internal beads handle microscopic shear. Pre-dispersion, fine grinding, and final let-down occur simultaneously.
