Core Technology & Working Principle
An SC formulation is a solid pesticide dispersed in water and held stable by surfactants. Two things decide whether the batch stays stable on the shelf: how small the active particles are, and how tightly that particle size distribution is controlled. Both are set in the grinding stage, and everything upstream exists to feed that stage a uniform, air-free slurry.
▲ Pre-Mixing & Wetting
A high-speed disperser wets the active ingredient and surfactants into water and breaks the initial agglomerates. Anti-foam addition happens here, because foam carried into the grinding chamber starves the pump and spikes pressure.
▲ Wet Grinding & Milling
A horizontal grinding chamber filled with zirconia media reduces the slurry to a D90 below 2 microns. This is the stage that decides shelf stability, and it is the stage that sets the cooling load for the whole line.
▲ Stabilization & Filling
In-line shear homogenizes the milled slurry, a jacketed chiller holds the temperature window the surfactants need, and a vibrating sifter removes oversize before the bottling head fills the pack.

Target Application Spectrum
The same six-module architecture covers the four formulation families an agrochemical plant usually runs. What changes between them is the grinding target, the surfactant package and the filling format.
Suspension Concentrate (SC)
Solid active dispersed in water. The grinding target and the particle size distribution decide whether the suspension stays in grade through storage.
Suspo-Emulsion (SE)
A solid and a liquid active in one pack. Needs both the grinding train and the in-line emulsification stage, and the two have to be balanced for stability.
Emulsion Concentrate (EC)
Liquid active in solvent with emulsifiers. The in-line shear head, not the grinding chamber, is the critical module here.
Oil Dispersion (OD)
Solid active in a non-aqueous carrier. Media and seal selection change, because the carrier has to stay compatible with the grinding circuit.
