The working principle of the Triple -roller mill: The equipment consists of three rollers fixed on the frame and driven directly by the motor. The rotation direction between rollers is generally different, the former roller rotates forward, the rear roller rotates backward. The speed of the former roller is quick, while the speed of the rear roller is slow. The mid roller is fixed, former and rear rollers are mounted on the slide with a spring device. Adjust the distance between three rollers by handwheel. The material, charged from the space between the rear roller and middle roller, is squeezed by the rollers to obtain a smaller particle size. Then the material is rolled out by the fast roll (Roll rotates at high speed). The scrapper at the end of the fast roller separates materials from the roller and falls into the collection barrels.
