The Triple-roller mill adopts sprocket driven, the gear is immersed into a lubricant, so the service life of the machine is maximum prolonged, noise and energy consumption is reduced. The Triple-roller mill's bowl adopts wear -resistant alloy steel, has a longer life.

    The PTM series Triple Roller Mill (Three Roll Mill) is an ultra-fine wet grinding and high-shear dispersion machine engineered for processing high-viscosity pastes, thixotropic slurries, and paste-like formulations. Comprising three precision-ground horizontal rollers mounted on a heavy cast-iron rigid frame, the machine generates immense hydraulic shearing and crushing forces across narrow roller gaps to break down agglomerates to sub-micron particle sizes.

    Differential Speed Dynamics & Particle Reduction Mechanism

    The three rollers rotate in opposite directions at progressive speed ratios (Slow Rear Roller → Medium Center Roller → Fast Front Roller). Material fed into the intake nip between the slow and middle rollers is subjected to powerful compression and crushing. As the paste transfers to the narrow gap between the middle and fast rollers, the intense differential surface velocity creates extreme laminar shear, de-agglomerating pigments and solid fillers evenly. A flexible scraper knife at the discharge end transfers the finished, homogenized paste directly into collection vessels.
