The PSD series Mezzanine Platform High Speed Disperser is an industrial dissolving and pre-dispersion system designed for structural mounting on mezzanine steel platforms or factory ceilings. Combining the dissolver drive and mixing vessel into an integrated, closed production unit, the PSD series is specifically engineered for high-tonnage batch processing (500 to 15,000 Liters) and highly concentrated initial dispersion quantities (mill charges) across medium to high-viscosity coatings, paints, inks, and polymer pastes.

- Closed System with Accessible Cover: Enclosed vessel design minimizes solvent evaporation and dust emissions, while hinged vessel access covers allow effortless sampling, cleaning, and maintenance.
- Height-Adjustable Toothed Cowles Disc: Precision hydraulic elevation allows operators to adjust the dispersing disc height in real time to match fluctuating batch levels and maintain optimal vortex flow.
