Core Technology & Working Principle
A mezzanine disperser works by inverting the usual relationship between machine and vessel. The disperser is fixed to a structural platform; the tanks stand on the floor and stay put. One head travels between them, so a plant buys one drive and several vessels instead of one drive per vessel — and changeover becomes a head move rather than a full vessel transfer.

The drive and column are bolted to a structural mezzanine, so the machine does not need a base heavy enough to resist the vortex torque. The head indexes between tanks on the floor, which is what lets one drive serve up to four vessels.
▲ Hydraulic Lift on the Platform
A 1.1 to 2.2 kW hydraulic unit raises and lowers the shaft from the platform walkway, setting the disc to a repeatable depth in each tank without an operator reaching over the vessel rim.
▲ Scale Without Shaft Length
Because the drive sits above the vessel rather than beside it, raising batch volume adds tank diameter instead of shaft length. Shaft length is what limits a floor-mounted disperser at large volume.
