The PVM series Vacuum High Speed Dispersing Machine is an advanced industrial liquid mixing and dispersing system engineered for wetting, grinding, emulsifying, and de-aerating medium to high-viscosity formulations. Operating under a deep vacuum state (up to ≤ -0.09 MPa), the high-speed serrated Cowles impeller generates powerful hydraulic shear that breaks down agglomerates while drawing entrapped micro-bubbles out of the batch, preventing air inclusion, solvent flash-off, and surface oxidation.
