High-speed agitation in standard tanks naturally draws air into viscous liquids, creating micro-bubbles and causing skinning or oxidation. The PVM series keeps the whole dispersion cycle inside a hermetically sealed vessel under deep vacuum, so entrapped air pockets expand and burst immediately while the serrated impeller keeps shearing agglomerates apart.
