The PDH series Double Shafts Disperser is a heavy-duty industrial dispersing and blending system engineered for high-solid content formulations and medium-to-high viscosity pastes. Combining dual high-speed sawtooth Cowles dispersing impellers or a dual-shaft agitation layout, it delivers intense hydraulic shearing, high-frequency particle collisions, and continuous batch turnover directly inside the mixing vessel — capable of preliminary dispersion as well as full finished-product compounding.
- Dual-Shaft High-Shear Agitation: Twin dispersing shafts rotate synchronously to generate intersecting high-velocity vortexes, doubling the shear zone area and preventing viscous material from adhering to vessel dead zones.
- Custom Tank-Matched Impeller Geometry: Sawtooth dispersing discs are precision-proportioned to match the vessel diameter and depth, ensuring uniform laminar flow and rapid pigment de-agglomeration.
- Precision Electro-Hydraulic Lifting: Heavy-duty hydraulic lift column provides smooth, stable vertical travel (up to 1,600 mm), allowing fast tank changeovers and easy access for washdowns.
- High Power Torque Output: Heavy drive motors (11 kW to 75 kW) deliver sustained high torque to process viscous pastes, textured coatings, and high-solid mineral slurries up to 3,000 L per batch.
- Explosion-Proof & Sanitary Options: Available in SS304/SS316L stainless steel contact metallurgy, equipped with cast aluminum explosion-proof operation panels and Ex-proof motors compliant with international safety standards.
