Core Technology & Working Principle
A double shaft disperser runs two sawtooth Cowles impellers side by side in the same vessel. Each shaft builds its own high-velocity doughnut vortex; where the two flow fields intersect, particle agglomerates are torn apart by shear gradients a single shaft cannot generate. The result is faster wet-out, uniform color development and no stagnant paste clinging to the tank wall.
