The PZB series Pin Type Horizontal Bead Mill is a high-energy wet grinding and nano-dispersion machine purpose-built for processing demanding sub-micron and nanoparticle slurries. Utilizing a high-density peg/pin rotor configuration, it forces intense kinetic energy transfer into micro grinding media (0.3 – 0.8 mm), achieving tight particle size distributions (50 nm – 5 μm) with superior color strength and maximum grinding efficiency.
- Modular Rod Pin Grinding Rotor: Advanced pin-type rotor and stator geometry generates high-density shearing zones, maximizing media collision frequency and simplifying pin replacement during maintenance.
- Centrifugal Dynamic Separation System: Large-surface dynamic centrifugal separator ensures reliable bead retention and high slurry flow rates without screen clogging, ideal for high-throughput single-pass or recirculation milling.
- Self-Circulating Mechanical Seal: Cartridge-type double mechanical seal features an integrated self-circulating cooling fluid system, ensuring zero leakage, chemical compatibility, and long seal life.
- Four-Zone Multi-Stage Forced Cooling: Chilled water actively circulates through the grinding barrel jacket, rotor core, drive shaft, and discharge end face to keep temperature-sensitive formulations within strict thermal limits.
- Contamination-Free Metallurgy Options: Chamber liners and grinding pins can be configured in hardened alloy steel, polyurethane, silicon carbide, or high-purity zirconia ceramics (α-ZrO²) to prevent metallic discolouration.
