Core Technology & Working Principle
An inline disperser does its work in the flow. The liquid carries the powder into the working head, where the rotor-stator action wets the particles and breaks up agglomerates before the product leaves the machine.
▲ Powder Induction
Powder is drawn into the liquid stream at a controlled feed rate, so the ratio of powder to liquid stays steady across the batch.
▲ Rotor-Stator Dispersion
The high-speed rotor, running at 3000 rpm, shears the wetted powder against the stator. This breaks agglomerates in a single pass.
▲ Continuous Discharge
Dispersed product leaves the machine through the outlet, so it can feed the next stage or the filling line directly.
Precision Engineered Details
Three features decide the dispersion quality: the powder induction design, the rotor and stator geometry, and the seal on the rotating shaft.
