The PSK Multi-Function Dispersing Kettle by POLYC — professional chemical equipment manufacturer integrates low-speed stirring, high-speed dispersion, and high-shear emulsification into a single vessel. Designed for medium to ultra-high viscosity materials (paste, gel, slurry), the PSK handles capacities from 1 m³ to 15 m³ with three independently controlled shafts — eliminating the need for multiple machines on your production floor.
Combines low-speed strong stirring, high-speed dispersion, and high-shear emulsification. Each shaft can be activated independently or simultaneously based on your material requirements — replacing three separate machines.
Equipped with PTFE scrapers that continuously remove adhesive materials from the kettle wall and bottom. Result: clean discharge with zero residue — critical for color-change production and high-value materials.
Specifically designed for medium to high viscosity and thixotropic materials — paste, gel, and slurry with poor fluidity that standard mixers cannot handle effectively.
Choose from frame, anchor, butterfly, ribbon, high-speed dispersing disc, or emulsifying head configurations — matched to your specific material characteristics and process requirements.
Optional vacuum defoaming system eliminates bubbles; configurable jacket for heating or cooling enables precise temperature control throughout the process.
High-standard mechanical or soft seal structure supports pressure and vacuum operation. Explosion-proof configuration available for flammable and volatile materials.
All models can be customized with additional dispersing/emulsifying shafts, jacket cooling/heating, and PLC automatic control. Capacity range: lab scale to 20,000 L+.
