How could you control your machine quality and precision?
POLYC:Our Secret to dare quality is that our factory has experienced & professional engineer team we keep innovation and improving from customer’s real working feedback. And out factory has its own fabrication line from cutting, welding, rolling, polishing, assembling and finally testing, painting and packaging each mechanical part is completed independently by our factory self. We strictly control the accuracy at each step from design, processing, assembling to quality control. We refuse to cut corners.

Warranty?
POLYC：Completed unit for three years from B/L date except vulnerable parts but we offer lifetime responsible service. If there will be any quality problems caused by non-human factors, we will handle it totally for free for you, so that you will have no worries after sales. We also will list the main vulnerable spare parts’ for 2-3 years and quote for you before you order our machine then you can change on time if any parts worn so won’t delay your production.

POLYC：For us Shanghai Polyc Technology Co.,Ltd business is really starting after shipment for a order. We think what customers think, worry what customers worry !
For single set machine we offer detail electrical diagram, operation manual with Detail Maintenance manual, operation video, detail packing list with numbers of each parts after machine disassemble before shipment. It's easy for customers to install single set machine according our documents and video.
For production line, paid overseas engineering service provided to customers ‘factory for installation and debugging, as well as training the worker to use the production line.
