Designed to pair seamlessly with mobile mixing vessels from planetary mixers, double shaft mixers, and butterfly dispersers, the PHD series utilizes a heavy-duty hydraulic cylinder to drive a precision platen downward, pushing viscous pastes out cleanly through bottom or platen-center discharge ports directly into packaging and filling lines.
Clean-Wiping Platen & High-Pressure Extrusion Dynamics
The pressing platen is precision-lathed to match the exact internal diameter of the mixing tank and fitted with an elastic, wear-resistant silicone/fluororubber or PTFE dynamic seal ring. As the hydraulic ram descends under high driving tonnage, the seal ring clings tightly to the mirror-polished vessel wall, wiping down adhering material completely without bypass or residual hold-up. This eliminates manual scraping labor, prevents batch contamination, and accelerates canning and cartridge filling progress by more than 70%.
