As the vessel rotates (10–15 rpm), bulk solids continuously divide, cross-slide, gather, and re-disperse across the asymmetrical axes. This multi-directional gravity turnover eliminates fluid stagnation zones, achieving a homogeneous micro-blend within 6 to 10 minutes with zero particle attrition.
