Asymmetric Tumbling Flow
The V-cylinder consists of two asymmetrical shells. As the vessel rotates, the powder is continuously split and recombined. This constant gravitational dividing and converging action achieves exceptionally uniform macro and micro-blending in minutes.
Sanitary Zero-Dead-Corner Design
Unlike ribbon blenders, the standard V-mixer lacks internal shafts and seals inside the product zone. Fabricated from SS304 or SS316L and mirror-polished internally (Ra ≤ 0.4 μm), it leaves no crevices for bacteria or cross-batch contamination, fully complying with FDA and GMP standards.
Optional Internal Intensifier Bar
If your specific food or pharmaceutical powder formulation is cohesive or prone to lumping, the PYV can be customized with an internal high-speed stirring agitator (Intensifier Bar) that shatters agglomerates while the main V-cylinder tumbles.
