The PSM series Triple-Motor Powerful Dispersing Machine is a high-torque multi-shaft industrial mixing system engineered for medium-to-high viscosity pastes, thixotropic adhesives, sealants, and high-solid slurries ranging up to 1,500,000 cps. Featuring three independent drive motors powering three distinct agitation assemblies, it combines large-scale macroscopic batch turnover with intense localized hydraulic shearing inside a single sealed vessel.
Tri-Axial Multi-Speed Agitation & Wall-Scraping Dynamics
Inside the vessel, the primary low-speed anchor frame agitator with flexible PTFE scrapers sweeps the vessel wall and dished bottom, continuously scraping off adhering paste and directing it into the central mixing zone. Simultaneously, the two high-speed dispersing shafts (equipped with serrated Cowles discs, high-shear rotor-stator emulsifiers, or butterfly impellers) rotate on their own axes at high velocity, creating intersecting turbulent vortexes that shear agglomerates rapidly. The entire process occurs under deep vacuum (down to -0.098 MPa) to eliminate entrapped micro-bubbles.
