Double-Layer Convective Blending
Inside helical ribbons move materials toward the ends of the cylinder, while outer ribbons actively push material back toward the center. This continuous counter-current flow ensures 100% thorough, multi-directional blending in minutes.
Zero Dead Zone Discharge
The central bottom discharge outlet is engineered to align perfectly with the sweep of the outer ribbon flights. This allows the machine to actively sweep the U-trough clean, achieving rapid, residue-free batch evacuation for automated bagging lines.
Sanitary SS304/316L Construction
For food, pharmaceutical, and fine chemical applications, the entire internal U-trough and mixing ribbons can be fabricated from high-grade Stainless Steel (SS304 or SS316L), mirror-polished to prevent material adhesion and contamination.
Custom Liquid Addition
The top cover can be customized with high-pressure atomizing spray nozzles and manifolds. This allows for the precise, lump-free injection of liquid binders, oils, and colorants directly into the active powder bed during compounding.
