Powered by high-torque electric drive motors (11 kW to 55 kW), the precision-machined rotor and stator generate massive centrifugal suction, drawing liquid and solid components into the shear chamber where millions of shearing, crushing, and hydraulic impact actions occur per second.

2. Pneumatic Vessel Clamping System
Features matching cylinder-driven holding clamps and flexible belt/chain fixtures. Securely locks portable mixing vessels and pulling cylinders in place during high-speed shear cycles, preventing tank movement, vibration, and accidental tipping.
3. High-Precision Stator-Rotor Shear Head
Precision CNC-machined claw-type or multi-layer slotted stator-rotor geometries generate high linear tip speeds, forcing fluids through micro-gaps (0.3–0.8 mm) for rapid emulsion droplet refinement and clump de-agglomeration down to narrow particle distributions.
4. Medium to Large Scale Production Output
Engineered for commercial high-volume batch processing from 600 L up to 3,000 L. Wetted contact components are fabricated in mirror-polished sanitary SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel, compliant with ATEX explosion-proof safety certifications for solvent plants.
