The PFR Series High-Pressure Vacuum Inline Emulsifying Machine is a heavy-duty pipeline rotor-stator high-shear homogenizer engineered for continuous industrial fluid processing. Designed specifically to operate within vacuum and high-pressure plant environments, the PFR series delivers intensive multi-tooth shearing, particle dispersion, droplet emulsification, and powder dissolution directly in closed pipeline manifolds.
To complement our high-speed industrial dispersers and horizontal bead mills, POLYC engineers the PFR line with sanitary SUS304 or SUS316L wetted parts, double-end mechanical seals, and customizable working heads to handle harsh chemical formulations without bypass.
