Core Technology & Working Principle
A batch mixer puts a tool into a vessel and waits. A pipeline emulsifier does the opposite: it puts the shear head into the flow and lets the pump do the feeding. That inversion is what makes the PFR suited to closed circuits, where the product must not be opened to atmosphere between process stages, and to continuous lines where the shear intensity has to be identical on every litre that passes.
▲ Single-Pass Rotor-Stator Shear
The working head carries concentric rings of stator and rotor teeth. Product is drawn into the center, thrown outward through the tooth gaps, and subjected to intense shear and cavitation in one pass, which breaks droplets and de-agglomerates solids without a recirculation loop.
▲ Sealed Pressure Envelope
Double-end mechanical seals on both sides of the shaft hold the product inside the head under vacuum suction and pipeline pressure, so solvent vapor stays in the line and the bearings stay clean. Standard operation spans -20 to 140 degrees C.
▲ Four Duties in One Pass
High-shear dispersion, liquid-liquid emulsification, particle homogenization and solid-liquid powder dissolution happen in the same pass through the head rather than in four separate process steps.
