Dynamic Centrifugal Discharge
Unlike traditional static screens that easily plug with high-viscosity paste, the PZD utilizes a dynamic rotating gap separator. Centrifugal force pushes the dense grinding beads outward, allowing the finished product to flow freely through the center. This guarantees massive continuous throughput without chamber pressure spikes.
Zero-Leak Double Mechanical Seal
Abrasive slurries destroy standard packings instantly. POLYC equips every PZD mill with a premium double-end mechanical seal system. It utilizes a pressurized barrier fluid (compatible with your product) to actively lubricate and protect the seal faces, ensuring thousands of hours of leak-free continuous operation.
Dual Cooling & Safety Sensors
Intense bead friction generates high heat. The PZD features an oversized double-walled cooling jacket. Integrated digital PT100 temperature and pressure sensors actively monitor the chamber.
