- High-Energy Pin Rotor Geometry: The PZB series utilizes high-density pin-type rotor geometry designed to concentrate kinetic energy into the grinding beads. This delivers intense impact and shearing forces required for sub-micron and nano-level dispersion down to 50 nm – 5 μm.
- High-Flow Centrifugal Separation System: Equipped with an advanced large-area dynamic centrifugal separation system, enabling high-flow recirculation pass milling. Supports ultra-fine micro-bead media sizes ranging from 0.3 mm to 0.8 mm without sieve clogging.
- Collection-Type Self-Circulating Mechanical Seal: The dual mechanical seal features an independent pressurized barrier system filled with a product-compatible seal liquid, delivering long mechanical seal lifespan and total leak-free security.
- Multi-Zone Forced Thermal Cooling: Engineered with intensive cooling jackets covering the grinding chamber, rotor core, main drive shaft, and discharge end cap. Provides superior temperature control for heat-sensitive slurries.
- Customizable Metallurgy: Grinding pins and chamber linings can be fabricated in high-wear alloy steel, sanitary SS316L, wear-resistant polyurethane, or high-purity zirconia ceramics to prevent product metallic contamination or color shift.
- Scalable Throughput Range: Handles batch throughput capacities from 50 kg/h up to 10 Tons/h across viscous slurries up to ≤ 20,000 cps.
