PZP High-Efficiency Static Disc Bead Mill technology imported from Germany: static centrifugal discharging devices, large discharge area achieve higher throughput rates. Reduced processing time and production costs. The smart design keeps beads away from the screen, enabling you to use smaller beads and achieve a more efficient grinding process. It’s grinding efficiency increases to more than 30% compared with regular models. The grinding area is made of special anti-wearing alloy ensuring long service life.

    ● The PZP High Efficiency Static Disc Bead Mill equips with high efficiency centrifugal separation system, according to the grinding requirements, the minimum can be used to grind zirconium beads with diameter of 0.1mm;

    ● The new structure design of dispersing disc ensures that the abrasive beads are evenly distributed in the cham

    ● In addition, the optimum length-to-diameter ratio design of the grinding barrel makes the particle size distribution of the product narrower.

    ● The mechanical seal static disc bead mill is designed as a collection-type self-circulation structure, which is more stable and convenient to maintain

    ● The segmented diversion groove design, coupled with the optimum length-diameter ratio of the cylinder body, makes the best cold and heat displacement effect and ideal temperature control.
