- Inverted-Triangle Pin Structure: Features a proprietary inverted-triangle pin geometry that creates an expanded active shearing zone for grinding media, delivering higher kinetic shear force, superior wear resistance, and exceptional nano-grinding efficiency.
- Double Jacket & Independent Seal Cooling: Equipped with dual cooling jackets surrounding both the grinding chamber and discharge end cap. An independent pressurized coolant tank protects the mechanical seal using product-compatible solvent, preventing batch loss in the event of seal micro-leakage.
- Flexible Feeding Options: Configurable with pneumatic diaphragm pumps, VFD frequency-controlled gear pumps, progressive cavity screw pumps, or peristaltic pumps tailored to material solvent resistance and rheology.
- Automatic Safety Shutoff: High-security sensor suite features auto-stop protection triggered if chamber pressure, slurry temperature, or mechanical seal coolant levels breach pre-set operational limits.
- Vibration-Free Heavy Frame: Engineered internal-external structural rigidity ensures ultra-stable high-speed operation with minimal operational vibration and noise.
