Our PM Butterfly Double Shaft Mixer is high-efficiency dispersing and mixing equipment consists of the butterfly agitator with scrapper and high-speed disperser, two sets of agitators working at the same time, mixing the material rapidly under the action of strong shearing and mixing force. The double shaft mix can customize according to different viscosity, density and products formulation, different agitators.

Featuring a low-speed anchor or butterfly agitator paired with a high-speed dispersing disc, it delivers continuous batch movement and intensive shear action across industrial coatings, inks, wall putties, structural adhesives, and polymer sealants.

Dual Shaft Synergy
Combines a high-speed disperser disc (operating at ~5,000 feet per minute tip speed) for rapid powder wetting with a low-speed anchor or butterfly blade that continuously feeds heavy material into the central shear vortex.
PTFE Zero-Dead-Zone Scrapers
The low-speed anchor is equipped with flexible Teflon (PTFE) scrapers that continuously sweep the vessel wall. This ensures 100% material removal without batch residue, crucial for highly viscous and sticky formulations.
Heavy-Duty Hydraulic Lift
A robust hydraulic lifting column enables smooth vertical movement of the massive dual-motor mixing head. This allows for effortless tank entry, rapid vessel swapping, and fast washdown cycles.
