The POLYC PRM Series Industrial Ribbon Mixer is a high-capacity horizontal blending system engineered for large-volume powder and paste formulations. By combining double ribbon convection with intense paddle shear, this heavy-duty U-trough blender delivers rapid, low-cost batch homogenization. It is widely deployed across global process industries for manufacturing wall putties, dry mortars, pigment premixes, and agrochemical powders.

Engineering Architecture & Core Advantages
Counter-Current Kinematics
The specialized twin spiral "S" belt features double inner-outer layers. The outer helical screw gathers bulk material from the sides to the center, while the inner screw pushes material outward, creating a high-efficiency convective 3D flow.
Zero-Leakage Sealing
Fitted with a zero-dead-zone pneumatic bottom discharge valve and durable Teflon packing gland seals along the main drive shaft. This completely prevents fine powder leakage and protects bearings from abrasive dust.
Liquid Injection & Choppers
Easily integrates with high-pressure atomizing spray manifolds to coat dry powders with liquid binders. Optional high-speed side choppers can be installed to rapidly shatter fibers and break up agglomerated clumps during mixing.
