Product Features:
There are Teflon scrapers on the Concentric Double Shaft Mixing Kettle, it clings to the kettle and scrapes the materials on the wall off continuously. The kettle inner wall is mirror polished to ensure the scraper can scrape all materials sticking to the wall off without residue, improving the mixing efficiency. The dispersing & mixing is highly efficient, the mixing result is more uniform and thorough without any dead corners.
Concentric Double Shaft Mixing Kettle has below features:
- Designed for dispersing and mixing of different products like wall putty, car putty, glue, slurry, paste coating, ink, putty, adhesive and glues.
- Typically handles viscosity range 50,000-150,000 C.P.S solid content 70-80%
- Ideal for a high-solid content product that demands heavy-duty and rugged construction.
- Precisely engineered for vibration-free and low noise operation for big batch production.
- The high speed shaft can design with fixed type or hydraulic type.
- Can customize with vacuum, cooling & heating function
- Available in fixed speed or frequency inverter-driven variable speed.
