By combining high-torque driving units with state-of-the-art hydraulic lift mechanics, it supplies reliable wetting, deagglomeration, and deep shear dispersion to prevent solids from settling in fluid formulations.
High speed disperser working principle:
A high speed disperser operates by transferring intense mechanical energy from a rapidly rotating, serrated impeller disc to a liquid-solid mixture. The disc creates a vortex, drawing materials into the high-shear region where tremendous velocity changes and shearing forces break down particle agglomerates, creating consistent, fine, and uniform dispersions.
