PDM High Speed Disperser Machine
The POLYC PDM Series Industrial High Speed Disperser is a heavy-duty wet process machine designed exclusively for low-to-medium viscosity liquid and slurry pre-mixing. By combining a high-torque VFD drive unit with state-of-the-art hydraulic lift mechanics, it supplies aggressive wetting, rapid deagglomeration, and intense hydraulic shear to thoroughly incorporate solid powders into fluid vehicles before fine milling.

Engineering Architecture & Operational Advantages
High-Shear Vortex Kinematics
The product is accelerated radially by the toothed dispersion disk. It deflects to the top and bottom at the tank wall and is directed back to the center, creating a massive, controlled vortex. The intense localized velocity differentials tear clumps and agglomerates apart instantly.
Hydraulic Lifting & Safety Locking
Every industrial model features a heavy-duty hydraulic lifting and lowering assembly. It is paired with an adjustable mechanical tank clamping mechanism (or optional belt clamp) that physically locks the mobile tank in place, guaranteeing maximum operational safety during high RPMs.
VFD Speed Control
Equipped with premium Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) allowing operators to dial in the exact RPM required (0-1450 rpm). Start slowly to gently fold in light powders without dusting, then ramp up to maximum speed for final high-shear de-lumping.
Explosion-Proof Customization
For solvent-borne paints and adhesives, POLYC offers extensive safety configurations, including ATEX / CNEX certified explosion-proof motors and fully sealed Ex-proof electronic execution panels.
