The PYR / PRY series Hydraulic Lifting High Shear Emulsifier is a precision batch homogenizing machine engineered for intensive emulsification, particle disintegration, and fine dispersion across medium to large-scale industrial liquid processing lines. Featuring a wire-cut SS304/SS316L stator and rotor assembly, it generates extreme hydraulic shear and high-frequency mechanical friction to refine droplets down to sub-micron scales.

- Environmental Dust & Vapor Cover: Fitted with a fixed dust cover to seal mobile processing tanks, preventing solvent flash-off, dust emissions, and atmospheric batch contamination.
- Multi-Tank Mobile Processing: Designed to interface seamlessly with mobile tank cylinders and clamping fixtures, allowing one emulsifier head to service multiple processing vessels.
- Explosion-Proof & VFD Control: Aluminum alloy explosion-proof operation panels and variable frequency drives (VFD) ensure safe handling in flammable solvent environments.
