The PSD series Platform High Speed Disperser is a heavy-duty industrial dissolving and pre-mixing system engineered for structural mounting on steel mezzanine platforms or factory ceilings. Configurable in a single-tank setup or as a multi-tank rotational system with a 360° electrical slewing mechanism, one central PSD disperser head can service multiple stationary tanks in sequence, maximizing production throughput while substantially reducing capital equipment expenditure.
- Multi-Tank Electrical Slewing System: One high-speed dispersing column can rotate horizontally to service 2 to 4 mixing vessels on a circular platform, allowing continuous batch preparation, dispersion, and discharge cycles.
- Mezzanine Platform & Ceiling Mounting: Mounts securely within steel mezzanine framing, keeping ground-level floor space completely clear for forklift transport and enabling gravity-fed downward discharge into downstream bead mills.
