However, many conventional mixers in the market only have one hand hole on the top of the lid for feeding. When customers need to add powder during mixing, the high-speed rotation of the mixing shaft and dispersing shaft in the mixing tank can easily cause the powder to be more dispersed in the air, resulting in dust pollution. This not only makes it more difficult for workers to operate, but also has irreversible effects on their health.
So for customers with this production process, we exclusively customize load hopper to feed hopper, we make a flat bottomed large powder load hopper on the lid, and equip a movable opening and closing plate at the bottom of the feeding port. The large flat bottom of the powder feeding port makes it convenient for workers to use large powder bags. The large and heavy powder bags can be placed steadily on the powder feeding port, making it easier for workers to feed and reducing their physical exertion and losses. When adding powder, open the moving plate for powder feeding.
