Wall Putty Production Line of Argentine Customer

The Argentine customer has purchased 2 sets of production lines from us. The first set of production line is a wall putty production line, and the second set of equipment includes a 5000L concentric double shaft mixing kettle and two sets cartridge high viscosity filling machines. The three products produced are coatings, putty, and paint.

The viscosity of the first set of production line product putty is about 50,000 cps. The customer purchased 2 sets butterfly mixers with different capacities, pressing machines, and 2 sets filling machines. We perfectly customized the machines according to the design requirements of the customer's engineers, and all details were in accordance with the requirements of the customer's engineers.

The butterfly blade of the butterfly mixer is equipped with spiral blades, which is more conducive to handling customers' materials. The motor is designed as a direct connection motor, which is the same as the machine currently used by the customer, depending on each customer's usage habits. One of the mixer and the pressing machine operate together. Our design is that when customers use the filling machine to fill materials, it can work in conjunction with the pressing machine. After the customer sets the filling weight and puts it into the bucket for filling, the pressing machine receives a signal, and the pressing plate simultaneously squeezes the material down to a certain amount. The filling machine and pressing plate will automatically stop at the same time.

This design is not only convenient for automation, but also beneficial for customers to fill. After the customer fills one bucket, the pressing machine will not continuously squeeze out the material in the gap before filling the next bucket, resulting in waste of material and leakage to the filling machine, causing trouble for workers.

The second set of equipment has a high solid content in the customer's coating, with a production volume of several thousand liters per batch. Therefore, we recommend the structure of concentric double shaft mixing kettle, anchor blade, and intermediate dispersing disc as the most suitable for producing products with high solid content. The other two products require customers to use plastic cartridges and plastic small cans for filling, and a specially customized filling machine for cartridges and cans are needed.

We can customize this type of filling machine to automate production from lids sorting, filling, sealing, punching, printing dates to cartridges sorting, thus achieving mass production filling for customers and making automation more convenient.
