To match the client's material rheology, the butterfly mixing blades were engineered with integrated helical spiral ribbons. This design forces heavy mineral powders (calcium carbonate, talc) from the bottom upward into the central vortex, preventing dense sedimentation and shortening batch blending times by 30%. The powertrain utilizes direct-connection high-torque motors tailored to the operating habits of the plant's maintenance crew.

PLC Signal-Interlocked Pressing & Filling

Traditional hydraulic extrusion presses continuous force on paste, causing oozing and mess between bucket swaps.
